Tour-specific rules

Cancellation terms vary by operator, activity type, option, date, and start time. The tour page and request or checkout summary are the source of truth before you commit.

Request-only flow

If online checkout is paused, no payment is taken today. CreteUnlocked confirms the cancellation deadline before a request is sent onward as a confirmed booking or payment step.

Changes after confirmation

If a provider needs to adjust timing, pickup, weather routing, or availability after confirmation, they use the contact details confirmed in checkout or WhatsApp and support can help coordinate.

Before you commit

Review the selected date, guest count, language, pickup option, cancellation terms, and total price before sending a request or confirming payment.

If the provider cancels

If weather, sea conditions, road disruption, or provider availability cancels the experience, support helps with a new date, an alternative option, or the relevant cancellation path.

Common cancellation examples

Boat trips can depend on wind and sea conditions, transfer tours can depend on pickup coverage and minimum numbers, ticket-style experiences can depend on date capacity, and local services can set their own deposit or notice rules.
